An independent production and distribution company asked Redshift to review and refine its five-year growth strategy.
Redshift analysed five years of granular transaction data to provide a detailed understanding of the sources of profitability and how these sources had evolved over time. We assessed the changing landscape of the production market and offered recommendations for how the client could adapt its existing content portfolio, its investment and distribution strategy to maintain and improve its market position.
Our work allowed the client to focus its investment much more tightly on programming that will yield the highest return and to identify and target customer segments which will sustain the business through the rapid changes of the OTT era.
