CASE STUDY

Rural Asia

Redshift is working for a major Asian telecoms company to support the development and expansion of a new wholesale fibre to the home (FTTH) network. It is extending high speed broadband access to underserved and rural communities. Our role on the project is to develop the strategic approach and a comprehensive business plan to facilitate network deployment. We have created a road map for the company’s network and services up to 2026. Over the coming months we will refine the business and financial plan and support fundraising, partnership, development and implementation programme management.
