Redshift conducted a multi-phase strategic review of the digital assets, including pay television, content and distribution networks, for a global telecoms service provider. This country by country global study provided a granular view of the relative profitability and strength of the client’s content offering across different geographic markets.
We evaluated a series of partnership options across the value chain and developed recommendations to enable our client to adjust its strategic positioning in order to accommodate both challenges and opportunities in the evolving media landscape.
This project involved working across fixed, cable, satellite, OTT and social media networks in very different cultures and markets from the Americas to Europe.
