Auction design for a major broadcaster
A national broadcaster needed help developing an auction strategy for the sale of premium content advertising slots for a high profile show with particularly high ratings.
We worked with the client to design an auction structure and process that considered the number and range of advertisers, the quality of the advertisement, the proportion of auctioned airtime and the auction’s transparency. Our work allows the broadcaster to maximise the potential sale value of its advertising and sponsorship of this television show.
