Fibre to the home launch and roll-out

Redshift is working for a major Asian telecoms company to support the development and expansion of a new wholesale fibre to the home (FTTH) network.  It is extending high speed broadband access to underserved and rural communities.

Our role on the project is to develop the strategic approach and comprehensive business plan to facilitate network deployment.  We have created a roadmap for the company’s network and services up to 2026.  Redshift is responible for the refinement of the business and financial plan and support fundraising, partnership, development and implementation programme management.

Global drama platform – Atrium
